Data is the raw form ..It is vollection of facts such as numbers, words, measurements , observations ..There are two types of data :.

Qualitative data describes a subject, and cannot be expressed as a number. Quantitative data defines a subject and is expressed as a number (it can be quantified) that can be analyzed.
