According to de-broglie equation :-
λ = h/mv
or λ = h/p
p = momentum
λ = wavelength
h = planck's constant ,
Now let us derrive it :-
let us consider a particle say(photon) whose energy is given by , E = hν , let us compare it with E = mc²
hν = mc²
hc/λ = mc²
λ = h/mc or λ = h/mv
It gives relation between wavelength , mass & velocity of a particle
λ = h/mv
or λ = h/p
p = momentum
λ = wavelength
h = planck's constant ,
