heya.....

the temperature above which the molar specific heat of a solid becomes equal to 6 cal/ mol/ k is called debye temp.

The debye temperature is the temperature of a Crystal's highest normal mode of vibration i.e, the highest temperature that can be achieved due to a single normal vibration.
