Democracy is a form of government in which the representatives of a particular region are elected by the people.
Democracy is important because
i)It help in developing the country
ii)It gives people to correct their own decision
iii)It Maintains equality in the whole country
iv)It gives equal rights to everyone without discrimination on the basis of race,caste,gender etc.
v)It follow the constitution
vi)It gives one vote one value
•Whereas some countries have some features of democracy then it's called Non-democratic
