the democratic centralism in China is that China is governed by a single party which is the Chinese Communist party this party makes the constitution centralized we can say that the power is in the hand of the central government no any other government can make law independently or the states are subordinate to the central government for any law. This Proves that the Chinese communist party is a centralised centralised party.
