democratic country means that they have their own constitution and non democratic means they do not have the constitution

Democratic : A democratic country that country where the rulers are elected by the people and held them accountable.
ex:India, U.S.A,etc
Non- democratic : In a non -democratic country leaders are not elected by the people and hence there the dignity of every person is not enhanced.
ex: Estonia, Fiji, etc
