Sunandit: its a state in which a hormone know as noradrenaline is released in less quantity than required which takes us to a state of stress and mood off in which we feel irritated and cut off from world.

However it is something when everything feels too hard and low due to which it becomes difficult to enjoy the things in life when used to give joy in past.
