  • This land desertification is a tremendous problem that many of the countries have  that there are "large pockets of land that are going through a process known as desertification".
  • The main reason for land desertification is due to climate variation and human activities. Human activities can include expansion and over usage of agricultural land, deforestation, overgrazing.
  • If land desertification is increasing it leads to "flooding, poor water quality, poverty, and hunger".
