and undesirable changes ae those changes which are harmful to us such as kittening of banana..

Undesirable change :- These are such types of change which we don't like to be happen or may be we don't want to face that type of condition .

In short , Desirable change are those which is helpful for us and, undesirable changes ate those which is harful for us.
