It's a word, phrase or affix which occurs together with a noun or a noun phrase & serves to express the reference of that noun or noun phrase in that context .

Determiners include

☆ Articles (a, an, the)

☆ Cardinal numbers (one, two, three...)

☆ Ordinal numbers (first, second, third...)

☆ Demonstratives (this, that, these, those)

☆ Partitives (some of, piece of, and others)

☆ Quantifiers (most, all, and others) ☆ Difference words (other, another) ☆ Possessive determiners (my, mine)

Have a good day ahead :)

The words that are used before a noun or a noun phrase to determine whether it is specific or general are called as determiners.
