diabetes mellitus the urine contains sugar due to insufficient secretion of insulin. The person feels thristy because loss of water through too much urine. the person loses weight and becomes weaker. this is also known as hyperglycemia.

Insulin is a complex protein substance that acts on the liver to stimulate the formation of glycogen from glucose and store in it. If it is not produced the blood sugar level Rises, and sugar accumulates in the Kidney and passes along with urine.This condition is known as Diabetes mellitus.
