in case both kidneys get damaged a person can survive through dialysis

dialysis is a method for removing toxic substances from the blood with the help of a machine when the kidneys are unable to do so .blood from an artery of the arm is led through the machine where urea and excess salts are removed ,the blood it then led back to the patients body.
