it is the passage of watery stool.
it is caused by pathogen amoeba histolytica.
these pathogens stick on to the intestinal mucosa feeding on particle there.this causes ingestion. most of the fluid is absorbed in the intestine so it stops it.as the water is not getting absorbed dehydration takes place .
treatment is taking fluid diet ,flagyl tablets .
