Diary entry format:
- Top left hand side we must write the Date, followed by the day and then the time.
- We mostly use Simple past, Present perfect and future tenses while writing diary entries.
- We must also write in First person (I, me, we, myself, us)
Steps:
- Start the entry with a general sentence with momentary feelings or describing the day.
- In the body, we should discuss an event, our feelings towards it. In what way it is probable to impact our future plans.
- End with final remark and the future course of action.
EXPLANATION:
A diary entry is a piece of writing which has been organised by date. The entries in the diary are in what way one organizes his/her thoughts, opinions, and feelings that he/she is pouring into it.
Diary entries break the diary into smaller pieces, and are like book chapters. They can be as long or short. The more often we write entries in our diary, the more we would enjoy doing it and the more we would learn from these entries.
