Dictatorship is a government where all the powers rest with generally one person. This type of government is dangerous because power can make anyone arrogant. Although Dictatorship is shown villainous (which in most cases is) in today's Democratic World, it is generally noticed that Dictatorships are generally developed because in dictatorships it doesn't need a long time to execute even the smallest of procedures and people like Napoleon Bonaparte were pretty successful as Dictators and are being seen as Heroic to people. But in most cases, in dictatorships beside the shining advancements ordinary people's demands are brutally crushed.

Example of Non-Democratic Countries in today's world are :

(1) China

(2) Russia

(3) North Korea
