Here's your answer mate
Condensation is the process of changing vapours back into the liquid state. An example is water that collects on the outside of a cold soda can. The water vapor (a gas) in the air condenses into a liquid when it gets cold enough.
Sublimation is when something goes from the solid-state to the gaseous state without going through the liquid state. An example is a dry ice (frozen carbon dioxide), which does not exist in the liquid state under normal conditions.
