reflex action is a spontaneous, automatic response to stimulus on a specific receptor. it occurs in a fraction of second and it is maintained by spinal cord, reflex action does not need will of the organisms.
walking on the other hand, is a voluntary action and controlled by the brain. it occurs with the will of the organisms. it is a slow process.
