Adolescence :

  • Adolescence is period when the body undergoes changes which causes reproductive maturity .

  • It covers all the teen years hence it is also called as teenage .

  • This is a period of physical , emotional and social changes .

  • This includes the stage of puberty .

Puberty :

  • The beginning of sexual maturity Is called as puberty .

  • This includes biological activities within the body and thus causes physical changes in terms of appearance and body growth .

  • This age marks the beginning of reproductive capability .
