While advice is a noun , advise is verb.

Advice is the suggestion or recommendation and advise is the act of suggesting.

Take an example.
Advice -- My parents gave advice on choosing the best college.

Advise - I advised him to go home.

Here the word advice is the recommendation of choosing the best college.
But in next sentence the word advise is an act of giving recommendation of going home.

Just remember advice is noun and advise is verb.

Hope This Helps You!
