Aerobic respiration occurs in the presence of air whereas anaerobic respiration occurs in the absence of air

Anaerobic respiration: The respiration which takes place in the absence of oxygen is called
Anaerobic respiration.
Ex:it takes place in yeast.
Aerobic respiration:the respiration taking place in the presence of oxygen.
ex:mitochondria.
