So,the main difference lies in running. The Indian Army focuses on running more,the cadets here covers 45-55 km in one go(at camps),don't forget 23kg backpack and rifle along with RL weighing 16kg ;). Whereas, the new cadets of the US military academy (i hope,i am not wrong) do not run this hard.
