Atoms has nucleus surrounded by electrons. And protons are present inside the nucleus.
Molecules are formed when similar atoms combine together in varying number molecules of different properties are formed.

atom is a single unite and have proton,neotron and electron ,molecules is a group of same atom or different atom of element. like CO2 carbon atom + 2 oxigen molecules make a single molecule , 02 it is also molecule it's have 1 oxygen atom + 1 oxygen atom and they meet together to form O2 molecules
