@ Bones :- They are hard and form the endoskeleton in vertebrates.



=>> Bones provide a framework for attachment of muscles, give a shape to the body and prevents mechanical damage.


=>> The cells are called osteocytes.



@ Muscle is a contractile tissue composed of numerous muscle cells. The contractile filaments are the basic elements of the muscle tissue which are responsible for the movement and size of muscle cells.
