what is difference between cataract and myopia

Cataract causes due to deposition of a thin opaque layer.
Myopia causes due to loss of power of accommodation of eyes.

Cataract can be cured by surgery.
Myopia can be correct by using lenses

Cataract:- Sometimes in old age the eye lens becomes coludy or opaque leading to blurred or dimmed vision. if it is not corrected in time it can lead to loss of vision..

Myopia:- Some people can not see far off object very clearly and are suffer from myopia..
