U mean cerebrum

CEREBRUM :- Cerebrum is part of forebrain .
It forms the front superior and lateral sides of brain .
it controls movement, speech , sight , smell , taste ,hearing ,intelligence etc.

MEDULLA:- Medulla oblongata is the posterior most part of the brain which lies below the cerebellum.

It controls rate of heart beat ,breathing movement, swallowing, coughing, sneezing, and vomiting.

-» Its shape like a pyramid and has a very thin structure on its lower side called posterior choroid plexus.

-» It receives and integrates signals from spinal cord and sends resulting signals to the cerebellum and thalamus.
