Management on the other hand is how we take forward the action plans that are laid out. For example, setting up a guideline for the management of a National Park. Management of wildlife constitutes all the technical aspects. There is a need of checking the carrying capacity of a particular forest from time to time. The carrying capacity is well capable of balancing itself but there has to be a check that anthropogenic factors don't affect that.
