Answer:

Martial law is when the government voluntarily gives power in hands of Army to fight during emergency mostly in case of terrorism but mostly this power can sometimes be misused by army as cases of rapes and unnecessary murders are reported. Also during disaster or civil unrest military is used the budget can be made by defence ministry or army personnel depending on type of government be it India or Pakistan. Often in those times human rights could be misused India has a lot of diversity and fulfilment of certain rights and chief commander is changed everytime and is not from one region, religion and is subordinate to political leaders, civil servants he made be spiee by intelligence bureau often that's why rarely a martial law can change into military coup in India . During martial law human rights are often misused depending on context of leadership against whom martial law and military coup has never been imposed in India but in pakistan and myanmar it has often been imposed

Military coup is like what happened in Pakistan and is now happening in Myanmar (Burma). As per Indian civil law and constitution the military is third in heirarchy after politicians and civil servants. Military coup is when army in chief commander takes control of nation arbitrarily by force or coercion as Perwez Musharraf did with Nawaz Shareed. When military coup was made in Pakistan during ahmadiya riots the roads were constructed by army, buildings made they said mockingly “Ab toh masha allah (martial law) ho gaya” and Pakistani's actually liked that martial law and when civil government was formed Pakistani started hating civilian governments thinking it is baseless but then that martial law turned to coup twice or probably thrice and benazur bhutto too was assassinated with many alleging musharraf which musharaf claimed innocence. In myanmar Aung San Su Kyi is helpless with Rohingya Muslim killingd as she knows if she speaks against overthrowing military or keeping media she would meet the same fate as benazir bhutto still thousands of Rohingya muslims are being killed, raped and many have now turned to extremists as well hoping that violence for violence will solve the problem whereas it has caused more problems as rohingyas now are turning towards India, bangladesh, pakistan whereas bangladesh too now has refused to take them and India too is against illegal immigrants believing them to be criminals as said by sponsored media
