What is difference between ddr3 and ddr4,ddr5 with respect to intel i5 processor?

In DDR3 it's chip densities upto 512 mb to 8 gb. As well as it consume 1.5 v of energy.

In DDR4 it's chip densities upto 4 gb to 16 gb. It also consume 1.2 v of energy.

DDR5 hasn't come yet in market

DDR 3 and 4 both works on Intel i5 processor
