Disguised Unemployment
It is when people appear to be employed but are not for eg. A family has 8 members and have a plot on which they do farming. If all the 8 members are working then the 3 extra are known to be disguised unemployed.
Seasonal Unemployment
In some months of the year people cannot find jobs for example in April it is the month of harvesting of crops in India so small farmers cannot find work in this season b'coz it is so busy.
