evaporation is the process of separation by which an insoluble solid-liquid mixture can be seaparared. it is done by either heating the mixture or it sometimes takes place at normal room temperature.
crystallization is a process in which slow evaporation of a solution containing more of the solid component is done. at first the solution is heated to evaporate water at a faster speed. so, very less water is left and at that time the solution is cooked. in cooking the dissolved particles separates out in the form of crystals..
