these three are the horizontal form of power sharing.
*legislature;
                  make the laws for the welfare of its citizens.
*executive;
                 execute the laws made by the legislature
*judiciary;
                can change the or correct the laws accepted by the two organs
these three organs checks each other and corrects them.this system is called checks and balances.

executive :  The executive executes and enforces law.

legislative: which have the power to make the law



judiciary : it act as a umpire when distribute arise between them. even though there are elected by executive they have the rights check them
its consist if two court supreme and high court

they are check and balance every body has their of own constitution for financial
autonomy.
