Hi friend,
Farmers generally can be anyone working on the farm or doing some farm related activities . In other words, farmer is a owner of the land on which he/she working.

while, those villagers who come either form lanless families or families cultivating small plots are called farm labour. Unlike farmers they have no right over the crops. they only get wages....

They work on the basis of daily or monthly wages which are distributed by the owner of the land to earn their livelihood. They are either landless farmers or small farmers who have very less land for cultivation.
