G is Universal constant of GRAVITATION while g is acceleration due to gravity.G value is 6.673 and g value is 9.8

G Means UNiVERSAL GRAVITATION CONSTANT, Which is used when we take the force of gravitation-> F = Gm1m2/r².
                            WHILE
g means the force acting upon a freely falling body when it's falling on the earth's surface. Value of g is 9.8 m/sec
