what is difference between high altitudes and low altitudes

their is so much difference like u have listened that when we go on high alititudes then our nise starts bleeding bcz pressure exerts on ou body whuch result in nose bleeding. but at low altitude the atmosphere and pressure is normal

* The environment is completely different at high altitude compared to that at sea level,the air is thinner and temperatures are usually much colder. In order to survive at high altitude..
ex :- changes occur in the body so that it can cope with the shortage of oxygen...

*low altitudes - a low-level strafing run. the ultimate competitive performance of the athlete at sea-level.The idea behind this regime is that the athlete is exercising in a low oxygen environment, whilst resting in a normal oxygen environment..
