* The environment is completely different at high altitude compared to that at sea level, the air is thinner and temperatures are usually much colder. In order to survive at high altitude..
ex :- changes occur in the body so that it can cope with the shortage of oxygen...

*low altitudes - a low-level strafing run. the ultimate competitive performance of the athlete at sea-level.The idea behind this regime is that the athlete is exercising in a low oxygen environment, whilst resting in a normal oxygen environment..

i hope it's help u

At high altitudes, lower air pressure makes water boil at a lower temperature. This can affect the way food needs to be cooked. For example, hard-boiling an egg would take longer at a high altitude because the water will turn to steam before it gets as hot as boiling water at sea level.

Baking at high altitudes requires adjustments such as higher oven temperature, increased dry ingredients, and longer cooking times
