what is difference between #HOPE and #EXPECTATIONS!!!

Hope and expect these two words are much similar but hope means to desire something you are not sure of and is mostly used during bad times
Expect-it is like think or foreseeing things

Expectation:strong belief that something will happen or be the case in the future.A belief that someone will or should achieve something. hope:A feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen. for eg: ... X just "hopes" he wouldn't misbehave with her or he would change for her.
