i)ice is a solid form of water(H2O)
ii)Freez at 32 degrees"F"

Dry ice
i)dry ice is a solid form of carbon dioxide(CO2)
ii)  
Freez at 109.3 degrees"F"

Ice is formed by freezing the water in freezing point temperatures while dry ice is formed by compressing the CO2 gas in very high pressure.
