In luecoderma,skin pigmentation (melanin) is lost from smaller or larger patches at different regions of the body

albinism is the complete loss of pigmentation from the body including hair, eyelashes and even iris

leucoderma is loss of pigment (melanin) in patches.. it is non heridatory
albinism means complete loss of pigment (melanin). it is heridatory .
