Lithosphere is the land area consisting of forests, cities, deserts, mountains etc of the Earth whereas Hydrosphere consists of oceans, lakes, ponds, seas and all the water area of the Earth.

In Lithosphere animals like monkeys, lions, tigers, zebras, rats, dogs etc have their habitat. In the Hydrosphere animals like, fishes, whales, sharks, seaweeds etc live.

Humans fulfil their habitual needs from the Lithosphere and the need for food and water from the hydrosphere.

Hope this helps

Answer and Explanation:

What is the difference between Lithosphere and Hydrosphere ?

A lithosphere is the rigid, outermost shell of a terrestrial-type planet or natural satellite. On Earth, it is composed of the crust and the portion of the upper mantle that behaves elastically on time scales of thousands of years or greater. The crust and upper mantle are distinguished on the basis of chemistry and mineralogy.

A hydrosphere is the total amount of water on a planet. The hydrosphere includes water that is on the surface of the planet, underground, and in the air. A planet's hydrosphere can be liquid, vapor, or ice. On Earth, liquid water exists on the surface in the form of oceans, lakes and rivers.
