The difference is machine language executed directly by CPU whereas machine language is first converted to binary by the compiler and then executed by CPU. In this era, high-level language is widely used by programmers, because of their ease of code and that's easy to understand

machine language is a only language that computer understand it is consist of 0 and 1.0 means off and I mean on state
High level languages is consist of three languages
- Third level languages . It uses integrated circuits
- Fourth level languages. It uses English words and mathematical operations it is machine independent .
