Hy,
Normal human is males having XY chromosome and females having XX chromosome.
Bisexual people have either X0 chromosome or XXY chromosome.

Differences between the human and third gender ( kinner).

The humans have the male sex chromosome as XY and female sex chromosome as XX. The third gender has defects in their sex chromosome and may have XO ( turner syndrome) and XXY (klinefelter syndrome). The normal humans are fertile where as third gender are sterile. The normal physical development occurs in the humans. The third gender has the high pitched voice or excess or under developed breast. The turner female do not have menstrual cycle. The knlinefelter individual have breast development.
