What is difference between organised & unorganised sector

Organised sectors are the sector where the employment terms are fixed.. And get fixed payment..
Whereas in unorganised sector employment terms are not Fixed and don't get fixed payment

1. employe give proper empolyment
2. time fixed
3. various act passed such as factries act minimum wages act provident fund.
4. owner provide some basic facilty to the employer such as drinking water toilets etc
5. if employer do extra work in job so they gave extra money
unorganized sector
1. employement not regular
2. time not fixed
3. people dont give extra money for extra work
4. owner are exploit to the workers
5. don't passed any act for the worker
