Physical changes- Physical changes are those changes wchich do nit form a new substance. They can be reversed. For ex- Melting of ice. If ice melts into water we can convert in to ice. So,no new substance is formed.

Chemical changes-Chemical changes are those changes which forms a new substance. They cannot be converted back into their original form . In chemical changes there will always a chemical reaction takes place.
For example- I paper is burnt it converts into black substanceand the black substance cannot be converted back into paper .

Hope it helps!!!!!!!!
