Physical Change and Chemical Change. A change in which the molecules are rearranged, but their internal composition remains same is called Physical Change. A process in which the substance transforms into a new substance, having a different chemical composition, it is known as Chemical Change.

Physical Change- IT IS A CHANGE IN WHICH NO NEW SUBSTANCE IS FORMED DURING BOILING AND MELTING..

SUBSTANCE GOES UNDER PHYSICAL CHANGE CAN BE REMODULED AND NO NEW SUBSTANCE IS FORMED

CHEMICAL CHANGE-CHANGE IN WHICH A NEW SUBSTANCE FORMED DURING BOILING AND MELTING.
