Power is the ability of energy to do work as it is the product of force and displacement.
And stamina is the internal ability to hv a power to do external work..
And stamina is the internal ability to hv a power to do external work..

The two words can be used interchangeably. They both mean "staying power." However, stamina is more often associated with athletic power, the ability to run long distances, for instance, while Power is associated with the ability to withstand hardship or suffering.
