what is difference between present perfect , present continues, present perfect continues

Present perfect-have/has + v3 form of verb
eg: has eaten,have come etc.
Present continues: is /are + ing form.
eg: is going,are waiting etc.
Present perfect continues.: has/ have + been + ing
eg: has been creating , have been trying etc..
