in prokaryotic cell nucleus is absent whereas eukaryotic cell have nucleus
in prokaryotic cell there is no membrane bound cell but in eukaryotic cell it have like mitochondria.
in prokaryotic cell there is one chromosome and in eukarotic there are more than one chromosome.
