Resistance and resistivity are two different things.

Resistance is the obstruction to flow of charge.

Resistivity is a fixed value and it is numerically equal to the resistance of a wire of length 1 m and area of cross section 1 m².

In simple words, Resistivity is like 1 kg sugar costs Rs. 50 and Resistance is that you buy 3 kg sugar to pay Rs. 150.

Resistivity is the property of the conductor due to which it offers resistance to the flow of current through it . It is measured by the resistance offered by 1m length of wire of that material of area of cross section 1 m2. Resistivity of the material depends only on its material and temperature.
