Hi,

Here's ur answer:-

Snow is the frozen water which can be found in nature itself and can't be made by man.

Ice is also the frozen water but the specific difference is that it can be made by man and rarely found in nature (glaciers).

In other words, snow is found in nature but ice may or may not be found in nature.

Another difference is that snow can be found within 0°C to 10°C but thick ice can be found in lower temperatures in nature.

What is difference between Snow and ice?

Though ice and snow are both made up of water, there is a difference between the two. Snow is nothing but the frozen atmospheric vapour which falls in winters on earth as light flakes whereas ice is simply frozen water. Another difference is that snow fall can be seen only in winters at areas of high altitudes and places near the Polar regions whereas ice can be seen in any season of the year in our refrigerator.
