There are five types of space :

2) Interplanetary Space
3)Interstellar Space
4) Intergalactic Space
5) Space - time continuum .

There may be many types of Universe, according to the Multiverse theory .

space: space is nugatory that subsist between celestial bodies which also include our mother earth. On the other hand.

⭐ it consists of the very low density of particles in a hard vacuum.

Universe: Universe can be defined as everything that is all of the space and time and the contents that exist.

⭐ it is consists of all type of energy, solar system, planets, galaxies etc.
